UAW 879 is a company consisting of a factory worker at Ford's Twin Cities assembly plant in Minnesota where the Ranger was built.
Ford has no plans to set up substitute Ranger in the United States. However, the manufacturer of the latest products launched the only Ranger who will be available in other markets at the end of this year.
For the American market, Ford hoped customers Ranger can switch to a Ford F-150 that liter V6 engines are equipped to meet the needs of the 3.7 will pick-up vehicles.
The cessation of production of Ranger after Ford get research results that show the majority of customers prefer the vehicle more expensive but more economical. American manufacturer is hoping the Ford Fiesta can fill this void.
