NÜRBURGRING -Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) plans showing Toyota GRMN Sports Hybrid Concept II in the 24-hour endurance test which took place June 24-25, 2011 at the Nürburgring, Germany. The name is a combination of the name GRMN Gazoo Racing 1 with garage tuning MN2.
GRMN Sports Hybrid Concept II is the current version of the gasoline-electric sport concept which appeared at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2010.
Toyota GRMN Sports Hybrid Concept II was given 3,500 cc V6 gasoline engine with 245 hp electric motor assisted measuring 50 hp, where the supply of energy from the electric motor only covers the front wheels only. Thus, the total energy produced reaches 295 hp.
In addition to having the engine powered, convirtable it also has a sporty design and character. It can be seen from any grooves on the body side aerodynamic GRMN put forward.
Earlier, Toyota has launched hybrid cars: Toyota Prius are mass-produced. The presence of Toyota GRMN Sports Hybrid Concept II digadang-gadang became the successor generation.
